Dinner with the Boyfriends!

The Friday before Valentine's Day the old Rene Street gang gathered at Ranallo's for a sweethearts dinner.  What a fun night it was , catching up and enjoying a great meal and lots of laughs!  Oh how I miss seeing these guys every day. I am so thankful for their friendships!

Lightning Tourney Champs!!

Jensen and the Ankeny Lightning won their tournament in Des Moines last week by going 4-0!!  COngrats to them and the awesome games they won!!  Well deserved~this mom is so proud!!  Way to go Jensen!!!

Valentine Love

When I got to work on Valentines Day, these pretty flowers were waiting on my desk with a card.  My "boyfriend" Tony had delivered them that morning when he was at the clinic for physical therapy.  What a nice surprise!  I am pretty lucky to have such a special sweetie!  Thanks Tony!

Time with friends

The Friday before Christmas we had the Lucas' and the Peterson's over for dinner, drinks and games.  The kids hung out in the basement and played video games.  What a fun night it was filled with great friends and lots of laughs!  I know I will always want Tim on my team whenever we play any kind of trivia game-  he was incredible!! Someone who has even more useless knowledge than me~however Tim knows lots of important stuff too--unlike me!  :-(
