HAPPY HALLOWEEN

I love the ages my kids are now, but I do kind of miss the fun of getting them all dressed up for trick or treating!  This was in 2000 and they were oh so cute!  A cowboy and his cow.  I love seeing all the photos of everyone dressed up and secretly miss this just a bit  ;-)    It is nice that now they help me hand out the candy and seem to get a kick out of all the cute kiddos.  Happiest of Halloween everyone!

Jaguar Football

The Jags had their last tournament and played great !  They went 2-1 for the weekend and finished in 2nd place.  It has been so much fun watching these boys for the past 3 years and see their talent develop.  Hard to believe that next year starts school football and they won't all be on the same team.  Jensen has continued to improve this year and has really made great strides in his game!  He is fun to watch and I can't wait till next year.  You make us proud Jensen!!

TEENAGER

Jensen is 13!!  I now have 2 teenagers in the house-wow where does the time go, I know I say that all the time but i truly can't believe my baby is now a teen!  Jensen is such a great kid and I am so proud to cal him mine!  He is sweet, stubborn, FUNNY and kind hearted.  He is a smart kiddo and does great in school.  From what we hear from his teacher in advisory, he is kind of a class clown which is kind of neat because Jens used to be terribly shy, so obviously he is growing out of that stage! As you begin your teenage years, I hope they bring you wonderful memories.  I so enjoy being your mom Jensen, you are such a neat kid!  Keep on being true to yourself and in your beliefs --I love watching you grow up and seeing the young man that you are becoming.  You make me smile every day and I love you so very much!

Life is a Highway

Jonah got his permit today after us nagging him for the past 6 months to take the test. Watch out folks there is a new driver in the Plummer house!!  Way to go Jonah! Driving is pretty fun when you think about it, so let's be safe out there and enjoy the open road!

Celebrating!! After taking it 2 times he finally passed on the 3rd try.  As they say, the 3rd time is the charm!!

Might as well jump!

Jensen has been talking for the past few months about wanting a trampoline.  He just thinks it would be awesome and sadly we will NEVER buy him one.  Jonah and I were coming up our street the other day and this mini trampoline was sitting on the curb just wanting someone to drag it away, he loaded it up in the back of the truck and took it home and put it in the backyard to surprise Jensen.  Jonah even put some ribbons on it to make it look festive.  Jensen got home after his football game  and we told him we had a surprise waiting for him in the backyard.  We all thought it was pretty funny!  Just not quite the same as having a real thing, but it's as close as he will ever get!!

A beautiful bride and a beautiful day!

My cousin Tom's daughter Brittany got married yesterday in their backyard, she made a beautiful bride and had such a nice wedding.  It couldn't have been a more perfect day!  Congratulations to Brittany and Brandon-her is to many laughter and love filled years ahead!!
